1. Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 2 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return must include all original accessories, tags, and invoice.

Product must not be a custom-made or prescription item (unless defective).

To initiate a return, contact us at omoptical7@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be credited, within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us.

4. Exchanges
Exchange/replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.
